Shipping

All orders require 3-4 business days for processing with an additional 7-10 business days for standard domestic shipping. International shipping times vary depending on location, however please allow at least 15 business days for your order to arrive.

Racquet ships worldwide, although international shipping rates vary depending on location. International customers are responsible for customs/duties fees when applicable. These charges are determined by your local customs authority or postal service and payment of these fees are obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local postal office or email customerservice@racquetmag.com.

Returns

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available we will refund the full purchase price.
